About Dr. Gartner Dr. Michael Gartner is Double Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is fully trained in all aspects of cosmetic plastic surgery enhancement. He specializes in the most advanced minimal scarring techniques which give you the quickest recovery. Dr. Gartner completed his plastic surgery Fellowship at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York. He then went on to an additional year of Hand and Microsurgery training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Gartner specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, eyes, breast and body using the latest plastic surgery techniques.
