Dr. Herbert Nassour is double board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in both General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Nassour achieved his medical degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (El Paso, TX), and has completed his General Surgery residency at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (El Paso, TX), and he completed his Plastic Surgery residency at the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill, NC).

Through his private practice, El Paso Plastic Surgery Center in El Paso, TX, Dr. Nassour performs modern techniques in cosmetic and plastic surgery and provides the best quality of care.
